ASSEMBLY & KITTING
Our cost-effective, reliable kitting and assembly services we offer add value and provide complete flexibility. We follow specific CAD drawing specifications and quality-check our work. We insert, screw, align, attach, count, bundle, bag, wrap, label, pack – really any assembly or configuration required. IDENTIFICATION & MARKING
Reno Machine Works, LLC also provides marking and identification services to our customers. We can either provide marking on the parts supplied by our customers or parts machined by us and delivered as final assemblies. Reno Machine Works, LLC can add permanent marking onto your parts with high precision and superior quality. No contamination or wearing of your parts. Rubber stamping is one of several ways Reno Machine Works, LLC can permanently label or mark your part using number and/or letter combinations. Part marking is especially useful for serialization and traceability.
DOT PEEN MARKING
Dot Peen marking or engraving is a pin marking application that allows Reno Machine Works, LLC to make deep, permanent impressions in a variety of materials for identification and traceability. Also known as “pin marking,” “dot peening,” or “pin stamping”, this fast, efficient marking process involves a carbide or a tungsten carbide pin that directly impacts a material to create a mark.
CUSTOM LABELING & BARCODING
Reno Machine Works, LLC provides custom barcode labels constructed from a variety of materials to match your durability needs. Full Customization is provided for every label. Any Size, Shape, Color, Barcode symbology, or custom Design and numerous materials available – with your custom data of course.
